Mystery Shoppers
Mystery shopping is a tool used by companies to test the quality or service of their products. So, a
company may hire a mystery shopper to gather feedback about customer service representatives or waiters at a restaurant. These mystery shoppers
pose as acutal customers and then give detailed feedback about their experience. That is why they are called mystery shoppers - because other people aren't
suppose to know that these people have been hired by the actual company.
Mystery shopper jobs are fun to have because you can get paid to shop or dine. So, often you are getting paid to eat or to test out products. After testing
out the product, you would fill out a questionnaire on your experience and give it back to the company that hired you.
